2 1/2 Cups finely crushed pretzels
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 cup butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons Milk
2 cups thawed whipped topping
2 cups boiling water
1 package (6 oz) Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
1 1/2 cups cold water
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9″x13″ pan and bake for 10 mins. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk until blended. Stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl. Stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until thickened. Stir in strawberries. Spoon over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
